Terms of service
Accounts
Atlas is offered to invited customers and their authorized users. Your account holds your chats, attachments and API keys. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and promptly report suspected compromise. Access is by Shinra ID on an invited address; there is no public sign-up.
Authorization to test
A signed-in chat can run commands in a disposable, isolated environment and act on the material you provide. You warrant that, for every target, host, binary or archive you direct Atlas to work on, you own it or hold explicit authorization from its owner to have it tested. That warranty is the sole basis on which the work runs.
You are responsible for anything you direct Atlas to act on without that authority, and you indemnify Shinrasec, operated by Martin Mielke against third-party claims arising from it. Your authorization covers only the material you provide; it does not authorize reaching Atlas infrastructure, other customers, or any system you did not supply.
Model output
Atlas serves model output and the results of commands it runs at your direction. It does not decide whether an answer is correct, verified, authorized or safe to act on. Treat output as research assistance you are responsible for reviewing, not as professional advice or a warranty about any system.
Service operation
We may enforce account usage limits, request and attachment size limits, capacity limits and environment expiry; suspend access to contain abuse or a security incident; and perform maintenance. Preview features may change. Contractual service levels and support commitments apply only when stated in a signed agreement. Paid commitments apply only when agreed in writing.
Your content
You retain rights in the prompts, attachments and material you submit, and you grant us permission to process them to deliver, secure and improve the service. Do not submit secrets or personal data the work does not require. A chat's execution environment is disposable and expires with the chat. Publishing a chat as a public link is a deliberate action by you; see the privacy notice.
Ending access
You may stop using Atlas at any time and may delete your chats and account from the product. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unsafe activity, non-payment where applicable, or risk to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
Responsibility
The output, techniques and artifacts Atlas produces are intended solely for authorized security work within legal boundaries. Shinrasec, operated by Martin Mielke is not responsible for unauthorized or unlawful use of information, proofs of concept or tooling obtained through the service.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, subject to mandatory law and any signed agreement. A signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. The commercial disclosure supplies operator and transaction details. Questions may be sent to martin@shinrasec.com.
